About Me

I entered the world of massage therapy in 2012, after graduating from NAU in Sioux Falls where I earned my associates degree in Therapeutic Massage. I gained experience and knowledge in the field by working in a variety of settings including spas, a massage clinic, a chiropractic office and now as a sole practitioner in my own office. I’ve always been fascinated by the effects of massage on clients and how it allows them to reconnect with their health and their own bodies. In 2021, I broadened my practice with a pursuit in education which led me to Stewart School where I currently teach the Massage Therapy program. Being able to share my experience with the students and still practice massage has been both rewarding and a dream come true. To make sure your visit is unique, I like to customize each session using a variety of techniques that help attain your needs and goals. When I’m not teaching or with a client, I’m most likely spending time with my buggs Milton and Homer (pictured below)
